All was well but I ordered a Reese cup cookie and immediately looking in bag i could see it looked very gooey. I let it sit to cool for over an hour and afterwards its still gooey looking/ undercooked. It was weird cause it looks pre-packaged? I didn’t get to enjoy the cookie/threw away. Food is usually good just always a wait… maybe understaffed?

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the lobby. Avery was very professional and friendly. The double roast beef sandwiches I got had more than enough meat on them. I’ve been to several other locations and felts kind of ripped off as far as the amount of meat on the sandwich but not at this location. My wait time was only a couple of minutes and my order was made fresh. Hands down the best Arby’s I have been to. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be eating there again.
