In the 7+ years I’ve ordered from TSO there has never been an error. Everything has been delicious, and I can get extra broccoli for $1! Why would I spend my money on meals that weren’t great, customizable, or had a great variety? I won’t. TSO’s got my back. Bonus points for being able to get at least 2 meals off one order and pretty doggone useful containers.

Not going to lie. This is a first time ordering from here and I got delivery. Hard to find good Chinese food in Austin however I was blown away by this place. I got delivery and not only did they deliver shockingly fast, the delivery driver had such a pleasant spirit. I’m thoroughly impressed by just the delivery can’t imagine eating at the actual restaurant. Keep up the good work!

Possibly the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! The Crab Rangoon has a fantastic balance of flavor, texture and creaminess. The General Tso Chicken is very spicy, but the flavors work so well together I didn’t hesitate to dive in for more and the chicken was perfectly cooked.

I was really disappointed in their wonton soup the second time around. I expected a traditional wonton soup loaded with veggies and instead it’s lots of noodles, four potstickers, a few veggies and the broth. The majority of the mixture is noodles (that arent very good).

I’ve ordered from here several times, thinking that I must be missing something, as this place has good reviews. However, tonight was the last time. So many consistent issues – the food is incredibly bland, with almost no flavor. Sauces are diluted/watery (again with little flavor). The chicken is often so overcooked that it’s hard to chew, and they have the worst spring/egg rolls I’ve had at any restaurant. Potstickers are the only item on the menu that I actually enjoy. I truly cannot comprehend how this place has such positive reviews.

Tso Chinese delivery is the freshest, tastiest chinese food I’ve eaten. The most noticeable part about their food is that it is not oily at all. It’s filling and fresh and the service is wonderful. The business model they have for their restaurant is a breath of fresh air and I plan to tell friends about them as well. They go above and beyond customer care with letting customers know when the food will be ready. It’s always delivered on time and hot! Highly recommend Tso Chinese!

How does this place have a 4.7 star rating? Did I miss some promotion for a free TV or car wash with my take out if I leave a 5 star review? Food is mediocre at best. The General TSOs was a mixture of soggy rubbery or well done chewy chicken with barely any heat or spice. The basil chicken was a smidge more appealing, but the cuts of meat felt like they had been sitting in a cooker all day. And our bill was $50??? Would avoid this place.

I ordered from here months ago and didn’t write a review at the time because even though the food wasn’t good, maybe it was a one-off (especially considering all the other positive reviews). But I somehow got added to their email list and every time I get an email from them with a coupon I am reminded of how bad the meal was. Now I’m finally writing the review so I can unsubscribe from their email list, and also never accidentally eat here again.

Really mediocre takeout Chinese fare no different from your local with a sub 2-hour delivery time. Crab Rangoons were huge and everyone loves cream cheese, I didn’t taste any crab. Pork in fan favorite fried rice was bone dry at a solid $16. Value for money, go somewhere else.
