I sat in the drive through line for 15 min and was told rudely that they were closed by a guy named “Justin”, I asked for his last name but he said “you don’t need to know that!”. I am a true Jeffersonian and I’m shocked about how it’s declined in customer service. This Taco Bell is a joke. Just to give everyone some background, I went there after the downtown fireworks because my kids were hungry. I know it was late, but I did my research to make sure they weren’t closed and after sitting in line for 15 min I was told at 10:40pm they were closed. I just want the owner/owners to be aware that your employees aren’t preparing to close at 11pm. Please adjust your working hours on the internet. I will never try to eat at this Taco Bell after how rudely I was treated by “Justin” when I asked to order food during your listed working hours.

Came through on our way back from NC. Lobby was closed being it was after closing time for the lobby, so we went through the drive thru. Guy at the speaker was hysterically chipper and seemed to be enjoying making it a good atmosphere. Food was good, but not all the way correct. Left something off of one and the quesadilla wasn’t proportioned throughout the same. (Not much chicken) but it was good. The parking lot was clean and the perimeter of the building as well.

This Taco Bell location is just terrible, even when rated on a lenient “Taco Bell curve”. The service was fine, but the food was beyond bad: almost no (as in, literally less than 25% of the normal amount of) meat, lettuce, and cheese; practically zero cheese between the shells (of cheesy gordita crunches); and in spite of paying for extra CGC sauce, there was basically no sauce at all (less than 10% of the normal amount). Beyond these creation issues, the food had a very bizarre flavor (to the point where I wonder if certain ingredients had expired), too. It was kinda warm, at least.

Slow service, somethings always broken, pretty sure the employees were fighting, and every single aspect of the order was wrong. I’m pretty sure they used tortillas that were sitting out for days and didn’t even bother to sear them. The way the ingredients were packed was either very scarce, or 2x the amount needed. There was a long hair in the chicken taco well entrenched in the lettuce. This place made me want to welcome the robot arms.

The worst service I’ve ever gotten from this company on Hwy 129 north. I order me and my child some food and paid for it at the windows the order taker wanted me to pull up and I refused two managers decided they was going to refund me my money or called the Cops cause I wanted to wait for my food at the pick up windows instead curbside all cause they had someone else food ready before minds… they had three cars before me get they order at the window but wanted me to park with a hungry child my business will not be going to them anymore..

Not just bad, borderline dangerous.. Everything was wrong and so stale.. We got churros and they came in a plastic container and tasted like cleaning chemicals were sprayed on them.. You guys are going to make someone very sick, what is going on over there?

I ordered 2 quesadillas and this is what I got. When I took the food back to thw door I was told that they were made correctly. Not only were they missing 90% of the insides but they weren’t even warm. By far the worst service I’ve ever had there!
