The experience was great!! The food is so fresh! The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! The restaurant is clean and well stocked! The cakes are delicious too! The restrooms are unisex! They have pride cakes! The outdoor seating will be nice when the weather is cooler. The service is quick too! A super yummy and fresh pizza done in just a few minutes!

Had visited this place, ambience was good and staff were excellent. There was no wait, has good parking space. Garlic bread was satisfying as it same like pizza. Even pizza we did not like there no great taste!!! May be we are spoiled with Pizza Hut or dominos pizza. Yes it was fired oven. We get that different taste of fire burnt which is amazing but taste wise we did not like! May be I will try once again the pizza when I am damn hungry! But definitely not garlic bread. Pizza and garlic bread base was same in structure. Garlic bread was more about Indian garlic Naan.

We order to go or eat in quite often from Mod, but this last experience we had was MUCH less than what we normally experience. The crust was lacking in quality and its normal size and the toppings were so scarce you could see to the crust pretty much over the whole pizza. Very disappointed.

I would rate service zero stars if I could. Food is good but by far the slowest moving mod pizza I’ve ever been to and pales in comparison to the 423/380 location. Even though the restaurant was dead, it took 30 minutes to order food, while we watched one employee stand back texting and a purple haired employee standing completely idle staring off into space while the two girls making pizzas and the guy working the pizza oven were slaving away.
