They do not disclose that they are delivering through DoorDash until much after you make an order. I don’t find this to be safe, as you cannot have direct contact with your driver – due to being through a 3rd party. Also, because of this my pizza was ice cold, not kept in anything to keep it warm. Had I know it was DoorDash, I would have went and picked it up myself.

Kind of on the expensive side but I’m glad there pizza has improved. My only problem is when I have to go and pick up my order. The road is terrible but other than that. The food was good.

I am a Door Dash delivery driver I’ve been noticing that this pizza hut has been taking the tips from the online pizza hut website and resending it through door dash and keeping the tip. I talked to the costumer directly and they said they ordered from pizza hut and gave a 5.00$ tip I received 2.25 with from door dash with no tip.

Thank you to all the staff who made it in to work tonight. My wife and I were there just after 6pm. The server girl was excellent. Great personality, very professional and very attentive to her guests. If she is not a manager she should be at least offered that position. I have not seen customer service in an out to eat environment of any kind of her caliber. I am a customer service professional myself and expect slot when I go out. She is truly incredible. If you care to share this with her we ordered a deep dish Hawaiian pizza. As cold as it was she warmly advised us to wear gloves. She is a great asset to Pizza Hut. Please share this feedback with her.
