Maybe it was the fact they were trying to close things up early or maybe just plain disregard for food quality, the chicken I got was way overcooked. I did not notice, however, until I had gotten back to the office (20 minutes). Steamed veggies were decent. Chicken was a big fail.

Food was bland AF. The sauces were fine, nothing impressive. I got the tofu dish, partner got beef, both of us ate a small amount and brought the rest home to flavor. It’s literally unseasoned veggie mix, like the kind you get frozen at the bulk store, unseasoned rice, and tubs of sauce. The cheesecake egg roll was unusual, to say the least, but pretty good.

Went in today had an amazing experience and delicious food! The bathroom was so nice and clean which is a plus for me,staff was friendly prices were decent. I had the regular combo my husband had the yakatori chicken I will be eating here again.

Not as good as used to be. Chicken tasted and appeared boiled. Asked for extra sauce got home both bowl had no sauce. Paid for extra meat on one had about the same amount on both. Pricey as well the small and regular are only a dollar difference. For the two bowl 1 small and a regular with extra meat just under $30 dollars. Not worth the price. Would recommend not going.

I used to go to Hiroshi all the time because it’s usually really good. This is the second or third time I went to this location and the service and the food has been terrible every time. I decided to write a review this time because the food was particularly bad! The rice was overcooked, the chicken tasted like it was boiled and was more shredded than cut, and the teriyaki sauce was SO BAD! It tasted and looked very watered down. I put both extra sauces on and I could still barely taste it; it just made the already overcooked rice more soggy. They charge way too much for such mediocre food. Definitely will not be going back!

Food is great. One guy is a little rude. Twice that I have ordered from him he seems to try and hurry me up. It’s only been about 1 min buddy relax. Also please turn your open sign off when cleaning and closed. Myself and 3 other people were looking dumb trying to open a locked door.

Horrible experience, walked in, no acknowledgment hello, silence, guy right behind counter cutting chicken sideways and 2 cooking, had to actually say “hello”…” do you guys not great people when they walk in” and got blank stares. Wow…how are you in business without the basic customer service. Really sad, we walked out and went to Dickey’s bbq.
