It is a comfortable, clean, & sanitary store. It is an extremely busy store. Food is fresh & hot (temperature wise). Biggest problem with this location is 2 things 1) the wait times and 2) the staffs failure to understand customers & their needs. Not bad people nice & friendly but unable to communicate to customers.

Visited this location right before our trip to the city and what an ideal location this donut place is located at. Perfect I must say. Close to pubic transportation (Nice Bus stops) and highway it’s a win win. The service was also excellent, the barista made an extra effort to make my coffee right. We ordered pumpkin spice latte made with coconut milk and extra pumps minus foam on top.

So I was waiting almost 10 minutes for my on-the-go order, which consisted of one simple coffee, when a fresh tray of beautiful looking jelly donuts was brought out and set up behind the register. I asked to add a jelly donut to my order, pointing to the fresh ones and was told that they could not sell me those because those are for tomorrow. They pointed me to some withered old looking donuts and said that those were the only ones available for sale today. Avoid this location like the plague!
