We have tried this Wing Stop location since they opened and it hasn’t been a good experience for pick up for us EVER! We make the drive to Friendswood. However tonight we decided to try again, it’s been over a year and was a waste of time. Arrived at promised time per email and was told 10 more minutes. Went to car and back inside and was told 25 more minutes!!!

We ordered online and it’s been 3hours and still haven’t gotten our order,. Online it said the order would be ready in an hour, we have asked for a refund twice and was told once hold on we are working on your order and then again we were told we are busy we can’t right now. Terrible service and this will be the last time we go here I know they don’t care and won’t go bankrupt because to them it’s no big deal they have other customers but not us. And after 31/2 hours they ended up giving us a refund. Management really needs to find out what’s going on here.

Manager so rude, fries cold extremely, packed cold ranch on the fries. Worst experience at a restaurant in years! Called I was treated so poorly. I will never order from this location again. Extremely poor customer service and food quality. All of it thrown away soooo salty!!

First time going to this location. I have to say it was the cleanest location I’ve been to. The employees were nice greeting me when I walked in even though they were slammed. They all were very nice and even as busy as they were and I ordered when I walked in my order was out quickly and fresh. Great management and great employees! I’ll definitely be back soon for more wings!
