Food is good, owners are very welcoming. In and out in no time. Eat here about three times a week. If you get a chance try it. Out of the choices I have on this side of town, one of my favorites. I normally eat the buffet.

So I just moved to Sumter about 5 months ago and I’ve been trying to find a good local chinese food restaurant. I thought I had visited all the restaurants Sumter had to offer, until a friend of mine had told me about Rice’n Wings. I was a little skeptical when I visited the place because of it’s appearance however, the food was amazing. I had tried a basket of wings & fries and their General Tso’s chicken & rice and both meals came with large portions. The wings were spectacular and the fries were very good, I will admit that I have had better General Tso’s chicken but nevertheless, it was still good and the rice was also just as good. I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if you’re in the mood for some good quality chinese food.

The first time I had take-out here, the food was good @ Jan 2012. The next time I went for a take-out order, I saw cockroaches on the tables as I waited for my food Feb2012. I did not eat it, nor will/have I ever been back.

How we miss this place ! We use to drive over from Camden just to go here. Regina is the greatest. Now that we live in AZ, we talk all the time how we miss Rice’n Wings and Regina. Salamat !!!!!
