As stated in prior reviews. Salty would be correct. The pho soup definitely could use a little less salt. Came for lunch with my son from Omaha. Coming from South Padre Island, we aint got much in the Vietnamese restaurants down on the border. This restaurant is kinda small but has big flavor. The beef pho had plenty of noodles and meat. The fried spring rolls were tasty if not a bit small. It’s seat yourself and Self-serve soda. It’s a bit cramped if you were ♿️ bound, it might be a very tight fit. If your looking for a fast noodle lunch? This might fit the bill. Prices are kinda steep and the 18% gratuity addition is kinda high depending on your service. Not a fan of that..

My wife and I both had the large Pho combo meat. Chicken, pork, ribeye and meatballs. Deeeeeeeeeeelicious !!! my wife has eaten Pho around the world and said this was some of the best. I’ve eaten quite a bit myself and thought it was very good !!!! We also had the spring rolls that came out hot and yummy. Highly recommend

I’ll never return to this place. The napkins were dirty where we sat, we didn’t notice until after receiving our food and reaching for one. The spring rolls/sauce needed seasoning. The broth was good but everything was mediocre. Condiments and drinks are self service but the gratuity is automatic. We barely saw the waitress (if she can be called that) who was very quiet with her hello. She was quick and loud to tell me I could give a bigger tip before signing on the bottom line. Don’t waste your time here. There are plenty of other pho places and better service too.

Food is always on point and the service is fast and friendly. We would eat here everyday if we could. My favorite dishes are the twin rolls and the combo pho. Portion sizes are huge and always take home leftovers. 10/10 would recommend
