I placed a mobile order this morning for an iced coffee with less ice. When I came in to pick it up, the coffee that was sitting out was semi- hot, completely melting the ice that was once in the container. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and there was a very long line so I just grabbed the drink and left. I went to work where I placed the drink in the fridge to make it cold. After two hours, it was now just lukewarm coffee, and I had no ice to make it cold enough to enjoy. So on my break, I went back to ask for a new drink. After explaining what happened, the manager argued with me that because I ordered “less ice” that it would melt quicker and told me that I probably left it sitting out too long and that’s why the ice melted. I took pictures of the coffee, taken approximately 15 minutes after pickup. Not only was the ice completely melted, the lid had condensation from the heat of the coffee inside. When I came back with the drink after sitting in a fridge for two hours only to have it feel room temp, there should have been no doubts that the coffee was just too hot to begin with.

The girl at the register on my visit told me I had to walk around a rope to order even though I was standing right in front of the register. There was a sign, that was blocked by a woman working at the gas station standing in front of it when I came in that said online pick up. So I walked around the rope, however 4 people walked in front of me. She ruined this visit for me, as I was in a hurry, and her attitude sucked. I asked her for my donuts after the other people had left, and she didn’t get them when I ordered and she said someone else would get them, while she was just standing there playing with her nails. Also the signage for this place is nearly non existent as it’s in a gas station, and if there wasn’t a picture of the gas station on Google I wouldn’t have thought there was a Dunkin here.

Was kind of knocked down a peg for the morning when I walked in to buy donuts for my company, and I was told “for your information, in the future you need to place large orders ahead of time so you don’t come in and wipe us out first thing in the morning.” With a smug serious look on their face. They were rude the entire time.

I stopped here for a coffee on my lunch break and was really taken back with how rude the employee was. Wouldn’t make eye contact, mumbled that they were closed for the day. While they may have been closed I could have been greeted in a friendlier manner. Would not recommend this place at all. I know we all have bad days but this is not the first rude encounter I’ve had here.

Extremely unprofessional. I was waiting there for 30min before anyone spoke to me. I was doing a door dash at this location for the first time, and the pickup area was not obvious, as it was hidden behind a line of customers. 30min of standing there, and finally one of them deigned to ask me what I needed. I refuse to ever set foot in there again, wasting everyone’s time for no reason

It’s a dunkin in a gas station, it is what it is. Nothing special.. if you want exactly what you came to get try coming in earlier. They don’t have alot on hand and they close fairly early .
