I placed an online delivery order and when it showed up, I discovered something had gone wrong in the ordering process and I had inadvertently ordered only one pizza instead of the two like I thought I had. I called and the man I spoke with was courteous and understanding, and offered to send me a new pizza for free, when all I was asking for was a waived delivery fee on another pizza due to the mix up (I insisted on paying for the pizza since it wasn’t any fault of theirs). They got another pizza out to my house in a very timely manner and the delivery driver was nice, too. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this kindness, and will continue to buy pizza from this location.

I placed an order here and the store is stating they do not have it. They said it was not paid for, however, I have a notification from my credit card stating the transaction was approved. I paid for my food and the store refuses to deliver it. I spent over an hour talking to the store and their 1-888 number.

Placed an order for a pizza, everything correct, cooked right, and delivered quickly except the wings ended up being poppers. Called and the manager was immediately snappy and hostile. He did offer to get the wings sent out, I offered to just pick them up and he countered with calling the police if I came.

Well I get they were busy, but it took a 2 hour to get our pizzas, but we ordered 5 larges and 2 gluten frees, they did not even cut our pizzas, and messed up 1 gluten free and a large pizza, so we call but no answer, so after 3 times calling we went to papa John’s store, the Manger look at me and said we just put the sticker on the wrong box, I was like what, so I don’t know what a gluten free pizza looks like.

Good pizza, hot and tasty. The delivery window was 40-50 minutes and it arrived in about 30, a very pleasant surprise. The delivery driver was polite and friendly. If you enjoy simple/classic pizza, I recommend.

Called and placed an order as well as paid by card over the phone. Wait time for delivery is 35 min. When it’s 40 min they call and tell me that no one wants to make the delivery, that I’ve already paid for. He said we’ll I guess I can ask door dash to bring it, but idk when that will be. Mind you the store is now closed, can’t even get through to ask about the pizza. Horrible customer service!
