I’m beyond disappointed and feel disgusted with this location. I’m already dealing with the passing of my father just a few days ago on Christmas day and was not in the mood to cook tonight. Decided to come to this location to do a pick up to avoid delivery fees and the fact that I ordered at 7:19 I didn’t want to ask for such a late request for delivery so I got out of bed just to come pick up my order subtotal was $24.50 and after taxes was $26.43. I’m so glade I asked for a receipt since something gave me a bad feeling when I made the payment I did not do a tip I said to charge the 26.43 and when my fiancé got the notification your location charged me $31.72 I did not AUTHORIZE that transaction at all. I called back and spoke to someone by the name Eric they said rudely that they are closed multiple times I told him what happened that I was over charged that person took my number and said I have not orders in months I them I just left from the place picked up told them the amount I paid and what pizza I had he didn’t care said he didn’t see it and that I could call back in am for morning manager I told them I would dispute the whole charge if it’s not corrected I can’t believe that person was so rude to me. U never know what someone is going through I don’t think I will be ordering from here again but I do want my money back

I think everyone would agree that the 7th St. Savoys was the best, and they were! So the next best Savoys would be this one on White Bear Ave. They got nice big sausages on their pizza and alot of cheese. And their sauce is good.

We ordered the house special and always do at least every other month always amazing flavor always ready when it’s supposed to be and this particular location there’s a small area for eating but most people like 90% take out especially for the dinner hour good people great that they have so many locations that we can enjoy throughout the Twin Cities
