Out of the 18 years living in mint hill and I’m just now visiting This hidden gem! AWESOME STAFF we received great customer service and I absolutely love that. Food came super fast hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. I even ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bun and omg that thing was so good!! Hot coffee! Great prices! Definitely coming back!

Been twice now, fantastic service!! First trip I got the double cheeseburger…its BIG!! This trip I got the single chili and slaw burger, it was awesome!! I liked the fried pickles but they could be better if they had less bredding, sometimes less is more.

Well, I discovered this place when I was looking for a good burger spot. I initially ordered take out as I was busy and sent my son to pick up the food. I was impressed so I decided the next time, to dine in. The service was ok. The only thing that bothered me is that I’m a Black female and although one of the kitchen staff is Black, the customer base was primarily white. When my husband and I walked in to have breakfast, all the customers and hostess/cashier turned and looked like we didn’t have any business in there. There was an old guy sitting at the next table over and he just stared at us the whole time we were eating. The waitress was mediocre at best and didn’t really make eye contact with my husband. Good breakfast but obviously not the spot to dine in if you’re ethnic. Oh, and they have a problem with flies. We had to keep shooing them away. Place could use a deep cleaning. Otherwise…ok.

First time going to Jbirds, actually pretty good! It is what it is with atmosphere, kinda diner meets nascar! Got the club, actually made it right, with the ham, turkey and bacon. Cut it in half instead of qrts. Waitress took it actually to be cut again, no prob. My son had the egg and livermush sammie, damn good! Friendly and professional service. I will go back. They serve breakfast and lunch only.
