I came to the drive through at this store on June 6, 2023. I sat at the order kiosk for what seemed forever. It was raining. I was greeted with “No habla ingles”? Luckily i know some spanish and was able to get the order through. When i pulled up to the window the two girls where trying to figure out my bill. It should of been right around $13. They wrote on a piece of paper $21. I said no. They tried again and came back with 18 and some change. I was overcharged but was in a hurry and just paid. Did these girls just cross the border and thrust into an english speaking job? They were nice and i felt bad for them. Management needs to get a clue here

Food is ok. Service could use improvement. This is a convenient stop om the way to visit family. Get some food, use the bathroom, stretch your legs. Workers aren’t rude but apathetic to their job. Good. 7/28 My client and I went today and ordered 2 Sourdough Jacks with no tomato. Opened them to find there was no bacon on either sandwich. Went back and got them exchanged. Mine had no mayo and about a quarter cup ketchup on it. Hers was dry. She said that they had gone last week and had went all the home only to realize they gotten the order wrong and had to go back. Hopefully they improve. The girl through the drive thru needs to slow down a little. She’s in such a hurry she doesn’t check the orders she’s putting in. I know some people are in a hurry but when your order is wrong it makes it even longer. 12/19. 3/23 Now they are getting the orders right and the food is actually hot and taste fresh made. Glad they have new persons in the drive-thru.
