I ordered the chicken wing combo not sure why the cashier was frying wings and taking orders but anyway my wings were half cooked had to throw them away and she pit the grease soaked wings on top of the rice that made the yellow rice not fried traditional rice soaking in oil. I never coming back to Effingham can’t wait to get back to Fla.

Still eating as I type this. Ordered chicken lo mein & crab ragoons. Both are hot and well seasoned. Crab ragoons are flavorful & the chicken lo mein has the perfect amount of sauce. I’d recommend ordering here.

The fried dumplings are not like they use to have. They make them different, not enough filling. The eggrolls are now a quarter of what they use to be. The meals come in smaller containers too. Also prices went up. Definitely not like it use to be. The fried rice is bland. No flavor to it at all.

China Express in Effingham, IL near to downtown area on Banker Street offered such rude service! No courtesy to answer questions or be clear while trying to talk and provide such quick service on a phone call, as if it is just a hurry to get name of food order and that’s it. Just end the call. My food of lo mein noodles and chicken ordered tasted kind of dried out and not as tasteful as preferred. Won’t be going back.
