Don’t eat here. We tried this place a few times. It was bad food, bad service and high prices. Tried it again after the owners changed. I had ordered a steak medium rare. It came out tough as boot leather and past well done. I very politely sent it back. It came back out exactly the same and the cook said it was medium rare. I did not eat it. Still got charged for it

The food is always fantastic. The ambiance cozy. A great place to catch up with friends & family. The efficient small staff will take good care of you, please be patient, it is worth the wait. 8 of us just celebrated Grandma’s 89th there.

Our waitress was super considering our 21 month old was having screaming fits, she was obviously a mom herself ☺ the veggie burger was so so, but all the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The bean soup was delicious, and the fresh homemade potato salad was my favorite. Even the french fries were perfectly golden, hot and seasoned… A great place to eat in the Merlin area

New owner is super nice! They are really trying to make improvements! They now have infused vodka! Habanero and pomegranate currently. I suggested they get some purees for Habanero martinis which I hope they do! They are grilling now too. Supposed to have lottery coming soon. Burgers are great with good prices. Breakfast we had was average. Chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy. Haven’t tried the dinner menu yet but we will! 🙂

First time here! We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and marinara sauce was cold, pea soup canned but ok but Malibu Chicken, the chicken was tough, no flavor, and seasonal veggies were not fresh. For $32 very disappointing!

Typical menu items served for all 3 meals. No surprises. Just the typical Sysco food that makes these places all taste the same. But if you need a local clean place to meet a friend over a cup of tea it’s quite fine.

Usually good for breakfast and lunch in the past. Had not been for a while. Went for dinner after a messed up dinner attempt on my part. Mistake. No fresh ingredients at all. Frozen burger patties and microwaved chicken. Wayy down hill. Asked if burger patties were fresh and was given the “he used to make them fresh and it just got to be too much” DYING BUSINESS. take your money and appetite up the road
