Good place for pick-up pizza! It takes a long time if you want the pizzas to be delivered to your home! But they are really quick on taking orders and making the pizzas. They just don’t have enough drivers, especially at dinner time. I suggest you go pick up and save the delivery fee and the waiting time. They located at convenient area with many parking spot. Servers are always kind even when they are busy.

Omg! Just placed an order for delivery. Watched the driver through the tracking option. He got close but then turned around and proceeded to go the wrong way. We watched him enter a dead end neighborhood and remain there forever. I called the store and asked for the driver to call me. He did and he said he that he knocked on our door and we didn’t answer. Lie! I tried to give him directions to get him back on tract but he said said that he wasn’t from here and that wouldn’t work. Order canceled and I will never call again

I have been waiting for over 10 minutes to pick up my pizza from the drive through window because the counter is closed most likely due to safety concerns. I made the mistake of waiting until the app told me my pizza was ready to come pick it up. I should have placed the order and immediately drove here to get in line. If the pizza is not ready for people to pick up, have them park so those of us whose pizza is ready can grab it and go. I know, first world problems.

This place never fails to disappoint me. I spent over $40 to have my pizza delivered for it to look like this.pizza drowned in Alfredo sauce and cheese melted completely over to the side of the box. I’m so over disappointed with this place. Papa John’s obviously doesn’t care and it’s saddening.

Just left this location and the line was INSANE. Truly appreciate all the employees working so hard tonight! We got in line and by the time we made it to the window, my order was ready! I have NEVER gotten my pizza literally fresh out of the oven. Still piping hot when we got home.
