I really love kbbq and this specific location and franchise is honestly 10/10 in my books. I’m from long island but we came upstate for a day trip. We came across this place and we are in love!! It’s nice and quiet inside. No loud music (which I was very happy about). The menu had so many options and I was very pleasantly surprised. Flavor was spot on. You of course cook the meats yourself. Our server I wanted to give a shout out to. Her name is Wapeskiw M. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was good. She even made us her own special sauce at the sauce bar. She really made us feel like we were at home and not out. Such a nice feeling. Very kind and respectful. We will definitely be back at our new favorite Korean BBQ and hot pot place!!

This is a newly opened location in Wappingers where we do not have anything like this around, the place was packed with an hour and a half wait for dinner but it was opening weekend so I get that.

Ate here today. The waitress was very nice and on first appearance the place looked new and modern. After walking inside the floor was greasy and slippery in the entire place. The quality of the meat was all subpar. The pineapple was from a can. They had a entire bar of sauce to dip your food in to camouflage the low meat quality. All of the sauces were very heavy to fill u up. I wanted to love this place but unfortunately the taste and quality was very disappointing. I would drive to cast iron pot in nj for about the same cost the food is much better.

Okay – first things first. This place is massive. Definitely a different setup when it comes to Korean BBQ. Watch your step inside KPot because it’s incredibly slippery. So slippery that you may fall if you don’t take caution walking around. I could argue it’s the grease from all the cooking but I didn’t think I walked with caution at my last Korean BBQ spot visit. I didn’t know this was a chain till I reviewed the website. I only had the BBQ options when I visited but after looking at the hot pot options, there is more of a vegetable selection. No desserts. But they do have an open sauce and sides bar that includes things like cooking oil for your BBQ along with some fried sides like French fries and Spring Rolls. I repeatedly ordered the thin brisket which was delicious along with their beech mushrooms. Rice was ordered with the waiter along with drinks. Note that we stopped in around late April and the restaurant did not have any alcohol. A bummer for most but they did have bubble tea which just as good. The food itself on a weekend was only $30.99 for all you can eat. You really can’t beat it for what it is. You cook your own food and manage the ordering via tablet at your table so it’s pretty efficient. I’d go back for the hot pot. Looking for

Great food and great service. We went at lunch on a Wednesday and there was three of us. We paid only 60 some for all you can eat and two Pepsi’s and just the BBQ option if you wanted both the hot pot and BBQ it would be an extra $5 per person. I think my only complaint is that if you wanted both the BBQ and Hot Pot option then everyone at the table would have both options too. You can not pick and choose. Our waitress was great. She was attentive and constantly checked up on us. Once we requested what meat we wanted through the tablet, they would bring it out quickly. We were not waiting at all for our food. They constantly cleared our table so that it did not get crowded at all. They have a buffet line of side dishes and one or two desserts. That was great too. Ambience was calm and relaxing. Please keep in mind it was during lunch and it was not packed. Definitely recommend this place. And one other complaint was the hostess, she was not very welcoming. But everything else was still great.

BEASTED!! The food was was delicious, but let me tell you about THE SERVICE. Miss Kasey M. was amazing she was super attentive and made sure we were treated right. She is the best employee at that fine establishment. 10/10. I give this place a bad review because, food was not authentic, atmosphere was loud, but, I must say my waiter was helpful, she tried to help me, I paid a lot of money to eat there, I shouldn’t have to clean my own shrimp . The fact that the food comes on cart , so I don’t appreciate the food on an open cart wondering through the restaurant and the food does not come all at the same time , so your waiting for some stuff ?? They have a weird menu, it’s either you order from the grill menu or the hot pot menu?? Stupid You don’t get to sample from the other menu, so good luck ? I didn’t even see desert menu? Why , atmosphere is loud and not enjoyable, cheap prompts . I do not recommend this place. Let’s hope I don’t get sick from my food? I wish I would of left .
