The first time I ordered from them during covid, I understood. It was a delivery order that took over an hour to finally get to me. So I gave them a second chance. I was crunched on time and had to feed 4 people(2 kids, 2 adults). Foolish me for not looking at reviews and greedy me for them not knowing what 1.5 extra inches or what a pizza looks like. Moral of the story. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS!

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I could. I placed an order for delivery and one of the slices appeared to be switched out with a slice from a smaller pizza. I brought the pizza AND the wrong flavored breadsticks back to the store. The worker told me my pizza looks like that because the driver likes to take sharp turns. Laughable, but I’m sure that’s far from the truth… I can’t make this up. What a horrible experience!

Came in for a pick up order tonight at 7:30. Was greeted by the AGM, Ashley. I looked at the pizza prior to leaving and asked “does this look normal”? She told me that this is how our pizzas are. If you can see both items are burnt and my cheese is not even on the pizza . This is just nasty & horrible customer service. I cannot believe that this is how you guys treat paying customers and expect them to just take it. Thanks a lot , Ashley & crew

Picked up dinner and as I was checking out the man/woman with long burgundy hair says “I’m not doing Mondays anymore it went from being an easy day to an impossible day and no one tips”. So I replied I tip delivery drivers and they respond by saying well I cooked it. Well, bravo you cooked it that’s what you get paid to do. If you don’t like your job get another one. McDonald’s workers don’t get tips. Why do you think your entitled to a tip? If that’s what you want be a waiter/waitress. Another thing don’t take it out on me because you hate your job. I’m not the reason your miserable. Won’t be back at this location.

Waited over a hr then called just to see if my order left yet to be told the ovens down, I asked well don’t you think you should have called the boy just sat there with nothing to say!! I asked well what about my money I paid with my card he replies with I can give you store credit!?! I ended up speaking to a manager that was no more help and was told I couldn’t get a refund, called customer service was told I have to wait for a call back from someone higher up this place is a joke…. Oh 2 hrs later a burn cold pizza shows up at my door that I threw away and ordered somewhere else.

I waited 2 hours and never got my food. After I called the “general manager” Jessica repeatedly mumbled under their breath telling me they didn’t believe me the customer over door dash because door dash tried calling but I never had my phone go off or get any missed calls. After asking if I’m going to still get my food Jessica said “of course it’s air force” and when I asked what that means they said “Air Force is whiny” so I told them to just refund me at this point and to have a good day. That was the most disrespectful encounter I’ve ever had.

I don’t understand why they would put the box seal on the side of the box! Leaving the rest of the box to be so easily accessible. Silly and doesn’t make me feel safe. PUT THE SEAL AT THE FRONT OF THE BOX…..you know, so it makes sense to even have it.
