Took my family here the other day and everyone loved their food. It had been awhile since we had stopped here. The burgers are huge and cooked perfectly. Our service was quick and the staff was very friendly. We will be making this a regular destination for dinner! I’ve been told there is new management and I could tell they had made a bunch of improvements.

This place now has breakfast and it is fantastic! I don’t think anyone knows yet, so it is dead during breakfast time. I hope it picks up, this is a great place. I look forward to seeing what the new owners do with it. I ordered the french toast, and it was yummy. I am hoping that they add prime rib back to the menu.

Terrible service. I asked for ranch for my french fries and she said no problem. Walked in the back and comes out talks to the bus boy and totally ignored us. Customer comes in she tells them to seat themselves and walks to them and takes care of them at the next table. She walks by “I said excuse me can I get a refill on my drink and the ranch for my fries.” That are now cold! She says ya and go’s in the back brings out drinks for the next table and talks with them then finally go’s in the back again and gets us refills and the bus boy brings out my ranch and just drops it on the table. I said thank you and they both just walk away. She took forever to bring me my check and pick up my card to pay! I did tip 15% even though she Deffintly didn’t deserve it. The food was good except to much salt on the cold fries.

The environment is awful.. Really echo-y so you feel like you can’t have a private conversation without everyone else in the room overhearing you. It was so much better before the remodel. Poor service… We were not offered refills on our drinks, and they didn’t listen very well. We had to repeat ourselves like 4 times with everything before they would hear/understand. The food came out cold. I ordered the taco salad. It was bland, limp, and completely flavorless. The shell was not crispy, is was soggy and really really oily. My husband ordered the fish and fries. It was gross, and I think the fish was undercooked. My son’s corn dog was cold in the center. The booths are too high up so my 8 month old daughter couldn’t sit in a high chair unless we wanted her forehead level to the table. Just overall a bad experience and a waste of thirty something dollars.

I worked here for 2 years and me and some other staff members put all we had to make this place better. It was doing great until they closed for COVID and then fired us all for filing unemployment and then told us they weren’t reopening and then reopened anyway with new staff that actually worked there before when it was awful and they were fired for stealing and they cut the menu down to one burger, a couple sandwiches, and a couple salads. Oh and a hot dog. Who goes to a restaurant for a hot dog? I will never eat here or give them another dime.

Loved it…until all 3 of us got food poisoning. I ordered fried mushrooms. It’s pretty much it’s own entree as it’s a large portion. Everyone had different items, yet all 3 sick. Too bad, I really enjoyed the eats. Never again.

The menu used to be great, and their prices reasonable. Just got my $70 order home and we didn’t even get all of what we ordered. No update to their menu online, and the menu is extremely limited. No baked potato anymore, no steaks, no monte cristo, no philly, none of the things that made this place stand out. A club sandwich, that was actually a club salad once we got it home was $12, my turkey and bacon sandwich, $13. This used to be a regular spot for us to eat as we live in Franklin and it was very convenient, and they were good. Looks like we’re stuck going to Preston again where I could have save $40 eating at NY Deli and gotten better food.

Great hamburgers. Fries were super salty and our table wasn’t very clean. Only two complaints. But yes I will be going back. I’m sure it was busy given the weekend.
