Just tried for the first time. People at the counter are pleasant. 6/10 for the way the food is prepared, flavor is definitely a 3/10.. there is little to no seasoning. I wonder if I caught them at a weird time. Portions are good though, especially for the kids! Not sure if I would return, maybe in a pinch. Decent enough!!!

Food is good BUT this location won’t serve you any sushi bowls if you get there later than 20 minutes before they close. Their reason is that “they need to clean the fryers” but you don’t use fryers to prepare a sushi bowl. I think the crew here just wants to get out as soon as possible so they sacrifice service to customers for their convenience. Not cool. I wonder if the owner is aware of this.

Generous amount of food. Just lacking flavor on the chicken. My co-worker had the super bowl that was completely drenched in sauce. She couldn’t even finish it. I felt bad because I suggested this place and I was treating her to a birthday lunch.

Food is delicious! They serve good a good amount as well. I always get hibachi chicken or the wow bowl! I’ve been a customer since 2019, have never had any issues or complaints about anything. Definitely recommend this place.

My second time this week trying this restaurant. I tried it for the first time a couple of days ago around dinner time. I ordered the veggies with noodles. It was absolutely delicious! The place was crowded but it didn’t take long for my food. It was hot and delicious. Today I went around Noon and ordered the same dish, it’s not even lukewarm or even appears to have touched a grill. Within the last hour. Very disappointing. It’s even more disappointing than the white plastic bag that has been sitting in that front parking space for the last week! Just gross! I use that shopping center a lot and the same trash has been hovering this restaurant all week. I more than likely won’t be back unless I can’t find other options.

This is one of my go-to restaurants. I think I probably go here too often but the food is just so good. I always get the same thing so they know me by name/ order now. Great people and great food! Love the Hawaiian bowl. I always add some crunchy onions at home though. Perfect!

Poor customer service. Ordered Tempura shrimp with my meal. They were cold, stale and tasted like they were a day old. When I asked for a fresh replacement of the shrimp I did not eat, Ivan said the store would not give me fresh shrimp unless I placed a new order for a large number of shrimp.

The food here is amazing!!! Giving them a 4 star because they should change their name because each time I come, I wait at least 20 minuets for my food. Which I don’t mind but ordering from a place called fast and furious you would think it would come out in less than 10 lol.
