A friendly staff and a convenient location inside the mall make this a comfortable, well-know spot to have a quick bite. There is plenty of parking and there are some new options on the menu. I recommend anything there, but I suggest studying the menu to ensure you get what you want. There is a little walking to do to get in, and I recommend entering from the sushi restaurant entrance.

For 30 years I used to work at Fair oaks Mall and during my meal breaks I would seek out pizza at Sbarro’s and the experience there always made me happy. So now I like to return to a place I almost called home because of the people who work there and the great pizza they serve. I’ve eaten the pasta there as well as their salads and all they make it very delicious. So I go by and ask for a couple slices and a Coke and I’m a happy camper.

Fast, on-the-run food when at the mall. Pizza is okay if the counter is busy and they are turning over pies quickly. I pass up Sbarro if mall traffic is slow and pies have been on the display counter for hours. Negative also for me is Sbarro serves Pepsi products exclusively. Sorry, I like Coke.

This place has its ups and downs. During pandemic it was not at its best. Sometimes the staff is challenging. But I’ve gotten fresh pizza and some of their “old” pizza right before closing. Some days great, some not so much. But I will say it’s way better than the Domino’s I got a few days ago, which was horrible. We got 4 slices tonight with a soda and salad. Everything great. Price is really gone up, but what hasn’t since last election. (Not picking sides, just saying) Still very good pizza. Prefer it over Pizza Hut, Domino’s and Papa Johns. Unfortunately we lost local pizza joint which we loved and supported.

I drove here from Alexandria, VA, looking for Sbarro pizza, but I found attitude and way overpriced pizza. They gouge you by the slice with no shame! This is NOT a Sbarro but is more like an eatery at an airport or movie theater. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.

This place is a complete dumpster fire. DO NOT eat here. The staff had a VERY difficult time understanding english, the counter area and pizza counter was disgusting and very unsanitary. And the staff had a huge attitude. Do yourself (and your health) a favor and eat somewhere else . . .

This was on a Monday around 2 pm, there was only one person at the front doing everything, he had to take the order, heat the food, run again to the register and process the payment. Customers were making an orderly line, which is far away from the register since you have to point out what you want, two customers just walked right in front the register and placed their order, skipping the line that I had been for over 20 minutes and the guy at the register took her order and didn’t say a word, that was very disrespectful, he gave her priority knowing she even skip the line! The time he heated the pizza slice was less than a minute, when I took the first bite the pizza was cold inside not even to mention how bad they tasted. It seems that pizza was prepared in the morning and had been sitting in there all day long. The service was terrible, there were only 6 people on line and I was in 3 place, and it took 20 minutes to get my order, just to be so disappointed on how bad it tasted. I don’t recommend this place it all ! They have a terrible customer service and food!

Got the pizza and visually it looked great. The problem was the pizza had very little tomato sauce, so it tasted dry. The whole thing was like bread with cheese and toppings. Definitely need a lot more tomato sauce, and missing that definitely makes the pizza worse, aside from the fact the dough was kinda bread-like. But it does look nice in the pics, that’s about it. It’s eatable but not the best.

There is this amazing young guy that works there, he is so pleasant and kind. But today I had to wait (there was no one behind the counter) for 5 minutes and then someone came out and rudely asked me what I wanted, and not more than 2 seconds later he repeated the question again rudely. He did this for everything he asked. I felt like he didn’t want me there and was trying to rush me away. I’m very disappointed as I work at the mall and I go there for break at least 3-4 times a week.

Some of the food is very basic/bland and you will need to season the pasta after you receive it. At this particular location the counter near the utensils was dirty and the forks were down to 3 with an abundance of knives. My suggestion would be to keep watch/clean after customers receive their food and pay because it’s a mess over there and I understand that from behind the counter where the employers are they can’t see it…but customers do and it’s unsettling for a restaurant. Also, make sure there are utensils available. The Stromboli was good.
