I visited Reds out of curiosity. I love bbq and this wasn’t like some of the chain places. The staff is friendly and eager to make sure you are happy I had the 2 meat plate. I judge bbq places by how good the brisket is. Reds did not disappoint. The brisket was moist and tender with a great smoked flavor. The green beans were well seasoned. I sausage was only average. I prefer a more dense sausage. I will definitely return. Especially since they provided a buy 1 entree get 1 free coupons.

This place is nuts! We had a 3 meat (pork, brisket and jalapeno sausage) plate… I don’t know what kind of quality was served before Tim came on but we loved everything. Brisket was glistening and moist, pork was slightly sweet and delicious, the sausage was a nice taste and texture. The beans were, perhaps, the best beans I’ve ever had. This place should be on the map, soon!

Me and my wife went here for date night. We were the only ones there but the woman working was extremely nice and courteous. I got a pulled pork sandwich and my wife a turkey sandwich. Both were very good and fresh, banana pudding was good and the beer was cold. We will definitely be going back to enjoy this quiet and tasty BBQ joint.

Just had lunch there it was delicious. I had two meat combo ,cracked black pepper sausage and the sliced brisket. I love BBQ. And I have eaten at hard eight and many other barbecue places. The barbecue is better than Hard 8. And the price it’s a lot easier on the pocketbook. you’re going to have to try it!

Strike 3 you are out, what a huge disappointment Reds has been. I first tried Reds right after they opened and it was okay at best. I figured it wouldn’t be fair to judge them that quickly and that was a mistake on my part. I wanted BBQ on Thursday 5-28 and arrived at 11 AM when it said they opened. I found the door still locked and when he opened it up for me I found out the food wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes. He apologized and said if I came back on Friday he would make it up to me. Well it’s Friday and the I just heard the same thing the ribs are not ready.

I finally got a chance to try Reds today and I’m heart broken. I found out while I was there that they are closing due to lack of customers. I got a chopped brisket sandwich and it was amazing. I finally get a amazing BBQ place near me and now it’s gone. I also found out that the city of kennedale doesn’t allow street signs for businesses. How are small business owners suppose to survive. The city caused this place to close and that’s a shame. As a resident of Kennedale I will be putting in a complaint to the city.

Potato salad is great, and the Barracho Beans are the best I’ve ever had. If you can, buy the banana pudding and then buy a second serving to take home with you. 10/10, would leave more stars if I could.
