We had the worst experience after coming here for over 15 years. After a couple of bites of my California roll I immediately felt ill and so did my husband. I definitely didn’t want to give my 2 year old her meal after feeling ill and my husband having like a #4. I came back to get a refund brought the food and was told to leave. The owner didn’t want to deal with this. No refund called the cops on me, my baby and my mother. They didn’t have a problem when I purchased but definitely did when I returned with the food in tact with exception of one plate missing 1/2 roll. I do not recommend this place. It does have different owner. Food was horribly bad.

Great sushi with great chefs. My favorite rolls include the Rainbow Roll, Sunshine Roll, and Ecstasy Roll. It is a small spot so keep in mind you may have to wait for a table/stools to free up.

First of all I just want to commend the staff because they are nice and served us well. As for the food. It was just ok.It wasn’t gross but the sushi’s rice is noticeably thick! The fish serving is so thin. We had All you can eat and as you see at the menu the selection is limited for a 29.95 per person price. The Tuna sushi is kinda rubbery and extremely thin but the rice was so thick that we kinda doesn’t want to eat it but the server told us that If leave even just a rice, they’ll charge us for that. So yeah the 2 star rating is mainly for the food that is not worth what we paid for.

Really friendly staff and some great rolls! If your used to sushi in the desert this place will not disappoint. Expect traditional sushi here. Rolls, traditional sushi,etc. A few unique things about inspired worth trying. If you’re looking for sushi sushi… there really is not a place in the desert sadly. They don’t even have fatty tuna here let alone a chef special fatty tuna. The chicken, steak, and sushi itself are all ordered by the same supplier as all of the other local sushi places so they all basically taste the same. Previously frozen fish. It’s not bad, it just doesnt compare to other OC SD LA eats etc (which, you probably shouldn’t expect that anyway I suppose) but one can wish right? Anyway, check this place out for not to disappoint run of the mill sushi. We come here every few months for our sushi fix when were not out of the desert
