I always order from Pizza Hut this is the second order I have done with this particular location and was disappointed again. The only reason I am giving 3 is because the manger had my pizza remade and sent back out. I will be doing carry out from my normal store on 34th street- worth it to leave the house- always have my order right and ready!

Had a very pleasant experience here today (05-01-22), Ashley made a perfect veggie pan pizza! She was working the entire store by herself, cooking, taking phone orders, until the delivery man returned. Y’all should be nice to the people who are making & serving your food. No one was even in the dining room!

I gave up on Pizza Hut for at least a year. This location made probably the best pizza I’ve had from the franchise in 5 years. So I’m gonna give em another chance and see if they won me back. When I was broke and single their deals menu was a lifesaver but my local place really had quality control issues for a while so I switched to Papa John’s. I’ve since moved and pass this location every day so I couldn’t help but try it.

This place is going way downhill. Looks like they just took phones offline altogether Saturday night. I waited on hold 15 min. Then went to store waited 40 min for pizza was told 25. Only three staff complete. breadsticks sat around forever B4 put in box. Got wings instead of pasta.

I had to stop ordering from here. My order is always wrong. Delivery takes way to long. They turn the phones off at 9pm so if you have a problem you have to drive there (after paying for delivery) last time I ordered I was missing wings and a 2 liter. Tried to call phones were off. I just took it as a loss because I have had to drive there too many times.

Worst restaurant in Alachua period. They never ever ever answer the phone and the phone always says they are closed when they are not. Customer service is terrible. Absolutely atrocious. I don’t know how they are staying in business. This is the only pizza place that makes good pizza in Alachua (when done right which is almost never) and I just want to have a responsive pizza place 🙁 when will they hire actual employees that care about their job?
