I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since Day 1. I’m in town once a week and love to stop by. The employees there are so sweet and have always been best quality. I don’t mind waiting some days, as the food industry is super hard to work for. Especially a huge company like this. Love you guys

This location is one of the best presentations of Starbucks I have found in Alabama and Mississippi. This is a medium-sized store. It is clean, bright, and well staffed. They had Fleetwood Mac playing over the sound system. The person taking our order was friendly, polite, patient, and helpful. Our order was ready almost immediately even though there was a steady line of customers in the drive-through. The drinks were exactly as we expected. Some other locations do not provide the same consistency in their preparation of drinks. This location is as fine as any I have visited from Seattle to Charleston.

We stopped here on a road trip and couldn’t believe how long it took for our 3 drinks. They had 4 people working but only one girl making drinks for in-store orders. She was doing her best but things overall just didn’t seem organized.

This Starbucks is pretty new. I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks in general. Most of the time I make my coffee at home. But occasionally I like to grab some fancy schmancy coffee, mostly for convenience. The first couple times I came here it was a little iffy. But I think they’ve gotten their sea legs. The last few visits have been what I expect from Starbucks. And the folks here, the folks working here, are very friendly.

Was in today after 3, and the store was full of customers. Despite the volume of orders, the team remained calm, smiled, and worked well with each other and this greatly reduced the wait. Great job and the Cappuccino was superb!

It’s a fairly new Starbucks, so the lines were long and the service was a bit slow, which is what usually happens. I gave 4 stars only because the last time I visited the barista was a bit rude, it’s the only time that I have had that happen, but she was not friendly, I asked for a straw and she really rolled her eyes went and got a straw handed it to me without looking at me or saying thank you, or anything. I’ll go back, but if it happens again, I won’t go back.

Well let me start by saying I have been to a lot of Starbucks all over the south. This is by far the worst I have ever been to. The service sucks took me 30 min to get my coffee. They didn’t even take the time to get my name right My name is Jordan and they put George.. Also I want the only person wanting that long.
