Don’t let the long line scare you away- it’s there because the food is really good. It also goes much quicker than you expect. The service is organized and expeditious. Management is hands on and made sure to ask me how I was enjoying my lunch and if he could do anything to make it better. I came here with my 3 toddlers (who aren’t always easy to please). They liked their quesadilla and fit nicely into the booth, which was nice as it’s a small place. For my lunch, I got a rice bowl with chicken, beans, corn, and the spicy sauce, which wasn’t too hot but gave it a little kick. Fresh and tasty. Overall, it’s a great place to get quick and easy bite for lunch or dinner.

Where do I start. Last time I ordered. It was incorrect. We were sent a gift certificate of $15 as an apology. Turns out you cant use it online which is the only way to place an order outside of the store. I then show up in store to use it. Only three ppl ahead if me. Tell me how it takes 25 minutes to be helped. Most likely longer if i hadn’t finally had enough and said something. I understand mobile orders are important but you should be handling the people physically there in the store first. 25 minutes to wait and be served a chipotle style line of food is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that but I parked out back where the spot was good for 15 minutes thinking id have more then enough time to be in and out. Ill probably return to a ticket on my car since the cop was right there posted up. I will never come back. Would give 0 stars if possible

I really like Guac Shop. The food is always fresh and tasty. That being said was disappointed tonight. Did an online order and my burrito was missing half the items I ordered and there were items in it I didn’t order. Got another burrito and a bowl. Bowl was perfect but the size difference in the 2 burritos was crazy. Paid for extra protein and there was hardly any. Next time I’ll open the bag in the store just to make sure my order is accurate.

When I am in Garden City visiting my granddaughter I love to take her to Guac Shop because she just loves the chicken quesadilla and dip in sour cream. This gives my wife and I quality time with my beautiful granddaughter who at 2 years old loves to eat. I, myself, love the food, especially the huge salad I order with such a wide assortment of toppings.

The portions were generous and there’s a lot of options. Its significantly more food than Chipotle and probably a few dollars less! Food was great but the rice could be cooked a bit more. Looking forward to trying breakfast as well.

Food was great. Shrimp quesadilla was on point as well as the guac! One complaint, I know they were busy with takeout, but they just need to be on top on wiping down the tables inside and maybe just kindly ask customers to wait outside for their orders. Way to many people inside their small space at one time. Definitely planning to go back but will opt for takeout next time.
