I want this place to be good with all my heart, i say please and thank you every time i order, and yet every time i go i get rude apathetic customer service, im sorry you dont like working at d and d thats not my fault, you could do your job and fill my coffee and not look at me like im crazy when my cup is clearly half full. I really think this place should be completely fired and new people be rehired. I have worked as a barista in my twenties where we made everything from scratch and i did way better service with a pleasant attitude. Honestly this establishment is very emblematic of alot of things in America.

Usually This Dunkin is my favorite but on 7/10/2022 @6:20p I ordered a large iced coffee… The girl forgot the ice! The tag on the side of the cup said extra ice but nope, no ice! How can someone forget the ice for an iced coffee? No, the place wasn’t busy… I was the only customer. No, I didn’t bring it back or I would have been late for work.
