I always used to go to Moe’s in Virginia and loved it’s laid back atmosphere and great food. Thought to drive 30 minutes out to Waltham for a nostalgia trip. When I went the place was empty except for a small family dining in. I got a chicken stack and a free steak burrito thanks to the app. The tortilla’s tasted a little old and none of the veggies popped with freshness. However, the chicken and steak were well prepared. The service was good, the atmosphere was standard for a Moe’s. It was by no means a bad meal, but this location did not hit the spot like it used to for me.

I walked in there looked at the sign that said watch your step then tripped and fell only to be told by the owner that step has been there like that for 11 years and you’re the first person to fall. Then I said I want a written apology he went in the back probably to call his lawyer and here are the pictures watch your step. I think if you can boycott this place. He doesn’t care about his customers.

I visited here around 8 pm kinda close to when they were about to close. They still had a good selection to choose from. They didn’t say “Welcome to Moes” like they’re supposed to. I got a steak stack with chips. They sadly were out of my favorite salsa which is the green one. Overall friendly service and a good food experience!
