I love the Big Bowl restaurant, and have been there many times in the past. Found the Big Bowl Express not far from work in Byerly’s with reasonable prices for a quick lunch. The prices on the website are over a dollar less than the actual prices in-store. I don’t appreciate going to a restaurant and feeling suckered by online prices to get in the door. I ordered the Orange Chicken, and was surprised to find numerous, not multiple, numerous, what I can only describe to be chicken feathers in the breaded chicken pieces. Yucky. Will not be recommending to anyone. Stick to the regular Big Bowl restaurant.
