Customer service was poor. I asked the cashier what was the Bogo poster about and how to redeem daily items listed and he was unsure how to respond. My philly meat was not hot and the bacon on the fries taste like old imitation salad bacon bits. The new lemonade was very good though. I decided to get a chocolate oreo chip shake but I was CATFISHED More chocolate than anything. Nothing like the pic! Oh well better luck next time. Thats 2 strikes already!

Last night, I had an order totaling around $25 from Charley’s on White Settlement Rd., which I ordered pretty close to closing time. In a rush to get back home, I accidentally spilled my drink inside the bag containing our freshly made sandwiches, which were now 100% saturated. I quickly sped back to the restaurant only to be confronted by a locked door. I was furious with myself.

A really good cheesesteak! I’d love to come back and try more things here. My wife had the boneless wings (which are surprisingly cheaper than the bone-in ones) and liked them. Mozzarella sticks were good, but too expensive at $4.49 for a 4-piece. One cool thing is they’re very generous with the sign-up rewards when you get their app. Also, $2 off a cheesesteak on Mondays.

I absolutely love Charley’s ❤ My husband ordered the “Bacon 3 Philly Steak” and French fries . I Ordered the “Chicken Teriyaki with Provolone cheese . I definitely will keep returning to Charley’s because they have the best food and it’s made fresh every single time we return! The customer service is EXCELLENT! The restrooms are clean,, and so is the restaurant. Every time we walk into Charley’s we are greeted with a very warm welcome We will Definitely tell everyone we know that’s looking for good fresh food to come to Charley’s. They open at 10am and close at 9pm. Go check them out!! Your sure to leave very happy

My first time here but my fiance always raves about this chain. The bacon Philly was pretty good and the fries were tasty but what really got me hooked is the lemonade. Wow. So incredibly fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the peach lemonade with fruit because it absolutely changed my view on lemonade. Not too sweet and not too tart. Now if you want that tartness I’d go with the blueberry lemonade.
