I don’t know what’s going on with this restaurant but I had to call and cancel my order of jumbo shrimp platter because I waited for over an hour and I only live 4 to 5 blocks away. When I called to cancel the girl claimed the driver left 5 minutes ago of which she was lying because it doesn’t take 5 minutes to reach me from the restaurant. She got snippy and hung up abruptly. I never had this problem before with the restaurant and will reconsider ever ordering from them again. Two thumbs down …I’m very disappointed in their service for the attitude of the clerk who obviously doesn’t get it that customers pay her wages and that of the restaurant

I been living in the neighborhood for years, I been supporting South Side Pizza for the last past 25 years!! I’m very disappointed in the professionalism of the employees along side with management, nasty attitudes, no phone etiquette just not professional. I place a order tonight for 10 wings and a large pizza ok let’s not forget the soda I waited 2 hr …..I called within a 1 hr and 20min for the Clark to say it’s coming( she lied) call two hr later the same Clark say we’ll the driver came back with no food..,

I was waiting for my order and asked how long should I wait for my order? they did not answer me, although my order was ready, they were too lazy to get up and check where my order was. Not the first time in this restaurant, rude staff, very disappointed, will not go there again. I hope these two girls get fired for being rude! just a shame

The staff he is ghettttoooo as hell (and I’ve grew up in the hood my whole life), super unprofessional and ratchet. I can’t believe the owners let people work the front of the house like this and expect to have a booming business. Pizza is okay but not worth the interactions.

Young Muslim girl said I didn’t have an order and I did, she didn’t no how to read the screen. Then when my paid order was located, she was being mouthy saying she just came in and that is not her problem. I asked her for my pizza slices and she said she didn’t take the order and I asked the other young lady about my slices… It was getting ridiculous and they claim there is no Manager there.
