Very attentive staff. Meats were all very good. Would change out the grill top regularly. You get a wide array of small sides then you can ask for more of what you want. The salad they bring is a reasonable size. Was going to order 2 desserts but the waitress said, just order one and share. She was very correct!

We went there for our anniversary and had a really enjoyable time. We got there at 7 PM on a Thursday night when the restaurant was pretty busy. Despite the crowd, the staff was incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive. They answered all our questions and kept the meat and side dishes coming. They didn’t rush us like some places do. We left a larger than usual tip because the service was so excellent.

This place is great, food is always amazing and everyone is nice. Just be careful if you are prone to seizures from lighting because if it’s a birthday the flash them for a few minutes.

Excellent service. Quality meat. So many sides and good customer service. Will be returning! They bring all the meat at once, which allows you to cook your food faster and not have to sit and wait for each meat dish to arrive.

Charcoal is easily the best or one of the best Korean BBQ in SCV. Great menu and a clean restaurant. Their service is spectacular with everything timely and attentive waitresses but not annoyingly so. Their pan jan was great, their meats are well-seasoned and marinated.
