We stopped in here for lunch on a Thursday. It was not very busy. The place is extremely clean and well kept. It looks like they just remodeled it. I ordered their grilled chicken and a tossed salad. I would say it was as good as to be expected. My friend ordered a crispy chicken salad. We also had their mozzarella cheese sticks and fries for an appetizer. I didn’t care for their baked beans but that was probably just my taste buds.

It’s a nice family restaurant. Food is awesome, portions are great!!! I will be back. I came with a friend who grew up there. We met some of her family and friends, their were 8 of us dining there. We drove in from Harrisburg, Pa.

On Highway 220,the options can be few,so glad we found this gem! Staff was friendly, food fantastic, and cleanliness top notch! I had vegetable beef soup ( homemade), and grilled cheese sandwich. They even used a variety of cheeses on my sandwich as requested! My husband had the Reuben, wonderful! Homemade Boston Cream Pie,outstanding! Don’t miss this gem!

Well worth the half hour drive from Mifflinburg! They exceeded our expectations. The prices were very reasonable, the portion size was more than adequate, and the service was very good and friendly. We were greeted and welcomed the moment we walked through the door. I had the 2 pancakes and sausage patty, and Bonnie had the creamed chipped beef on toast and hash browns. Both were excellent!

The service was great. Went for breakfast but apparently they stop serving at 11am. Went with the grilled pork chops, they were okay but not worth $20 in my opinion. An ok place if your being lazy and don’t wanna cook I guess…

A wonderful example of a true diner. Great breakfast selection and you can’t leave without having some Baked Oatmeal. Highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Love this place. Every chance I get I go eat breakfast there. I do not live close to here, but I love eating here. The food is home cooked and fresh.
