8-17-23 at about 9pm. Service was absolutely horrible. When I go to a restaurant I don’t appreciate being yelled at and talked to crazy. Whoever the woman is that’s working tonight at the drive thru definitely needs to go through some sort of customer service training. You should not argue with customers when they are telling you 1 of the 2 drinks are missing and you’re holding the receipt in your hand. Bad bad bad service OMG.

The person in the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. When we drove up to the window and the cashier told us the amount and we told her we had a coupon. She was rude and said “uh well! You shoulda handed that to me first! Now I gotta fix the amount!” Um, ok lady. How am I supposed to hand you the coupon through the speaker box? She was very upset that she had to do a little extra work that only took a couple seconds. This person should not be dealing with the public because she has a terrible attitude.

I bought 2 of the chicken nuggets, corn, mashed potatoes, and gravy bowls. The bowl was way too big for the small amount of food they put in the bowl. Potatoes should have been filling most of the bowl, but it wasn’t. The 3 small tiny chicken nuggets, not sure what that was about. Definitely needed more gravy. I’ve had these at other locations, and they were delicious and filled to fit the size of the bowl, not halfway. Was really disappointed when I got home and opened the bag.

I drove 2 miles in the opposite direction from Home Depot on 518 where I needed to get some things to go to KFC for lunch only to be told LOBBY IS CLOSED YOU MUST USE DRIVE THROUGH. It’s my lunch break, I want to sit down and relax, not eat in my car. I will never go back.
