Pizza is very good. The last two times I ordered, I paid extra for additional sauces on the side, and after picking up the order, I had to ask for additional sauces. Was told they are in the box. Showed them they were not in the box. This would not stop me from going back, but I wish they would pay more attention to the orders.

Have an issue .. they are hard workers and attentive .. when you call they are busy like any pizza joint so we order online but the times I have had issues with my order me putting for pick up and is delivery they take care of me right away no attitude and always trying to help..

I’ll never order from this store again. Pizza was cold, I ordered pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. No mushrooms, 4 pieces of pepperoni and a handful of cheese dumped in the middle of the pizza. Skimpy sauce. This is all these people do is make pizza. You’d think they could get 3 ingredients right in a pizza AND know how to make one correctly. Second and last time ever!

I am so disappointed. We live near Tampa and we always order Papa Johns. And it is always hot and good. We ordered from the Vero Beach one and it not only took an hour and a half to get here, the cheese pizza for my 12 yr old son looked like the attached picture. Cheese all stuck to the top and cold. Shame on you PJ. Horrible.

Timed delivery for 7:00pm arrived at 7:45pm. Pizzas were still hot and tasted good so it probably just took forever for them to make it (not in delivery vehicle for long). Was told the delay was due to understaffing/training. Received a coupon in the mail for a free large 2 topping pizza due to the service delay which was nice. Will give this location another chance.

Absolutely horrible service. Do not use this store. Ordered over $50 in food, first off the delivery time was incorrect and was delayed and then was said it was delivered but nothing ever showed up. Called to check on it and the driver just left it at a random house, said he did t have any contact and just left it. Must’ve picked a random house to get to the front door of the delivery address, you have to walk past us. Why you wouldn’t call the number on the order is beyond me but i guess that’s the amount of common these employees have
