This location is incapable of customer service. Every time I pickup an order with multiple items something is missing & they are irritated to correct it. The pickup window is always occupied by a customer as they’re not asked to move out of the way/circle around when their order isn’t ready yet. Do yourself a favor and walk in to begin with, check your order thoroughly before exiting.

Fast friendly service but I often order pizza and they will forget my pizza sauce on my pizza, I normally order at night time right before closing so cannot get the issue fixed. Also store always forgets my dipping sauces, even icing or marinara. Closing shift needs to quit rushing out the door and treat every paying customer with the same service.

I ordered our food we tracked it said it would be ready in 10 to 15 min so we waited and over a hour latter our food was delivered never complained we understand things happen and the delivery guy is amazing it was not his fault so we finly get our food and 2 of our subs was chicken bacon ranch and neither of them have ranch so they are kinda dried out from setting very mad because if we call and complain we have to wait even longer to get our food sonthank God we had ranch in the fridge

This is the worst pizza I’ve recieved yet and they weren’t that good to begin with. Just complete trash. Ordered light sauce and it’s drowning in it. Worst of all it’s not even done all the way through it’s raw clear to the crust . I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Ordered online waited 2 hours for the delivery and they already charged my card. I drove up the the store any ways got ignored for 15 min. Fibally apoke to some one as the guy doing the delivery to my house just walked out the door while I was already standing in the store after waiting past 2 hours then when I get to my house he is here and he leaves with my pizza and the store has still charged my card. Will not be ordering from here again what a joke. I need my money back thank u very much

Very upset they’re online hours say they closed at midnight it said my order would be ready at 11:55 I show up that time they turned the light off as I approached the door came around and told me sorry about your luck we are closed that they only stay open until midnight on the weekends.

Worst pizza ever, the box was wet on one side of the bottom, the crust was bonded to the box and would not come off, it looked like one big glob of cheese with some red peppers. It was cold, tried to put it in oven to heat but it was just cheese. The boneless wings tasted good but we’re about the size of chicken nuggets. No more Domino’s for us.$35.00 including tip, so not worth it.

I would prefer to give zero stars. I ordered dinner, was told it would be 45 minutes. I called and was told it was next to be delivered. Two hours later I called to cancel order and was put on hold. Worse customer service I have ever had.

Never failed us!!! Not once!! 3 years of purchasing pizza and never had a bad pizza. Might have had a few oppsies… but I’ve worked in the food business and it happens. we just be sure to check everything before we leave. Food is always great though!!! Always HOT!!! Just ordered again, can’t wait for some good pizza. They do need to work on their cinnamon twist though.
