Had a lovely dinner at Yellowfinn tonight. We enjoyed an Orion Japanese pilsner that was light, fresh and crisp followed by a half dozen Washington oysters dressed in yummy sauces. We also had the Pinocchio & Haole roll with extra hamachi subbed for the coconut shrimp. Ace was our sushi chef and created lovely food and experience for us. Thank you!

I ordered a dish that was only listed as having veggies and it ended up being full of seafood. When I asked if it was vegetarian I was told “yes”, then “that’s how it’s made”, “well you ordered it”, and not asked if I wanted to put in a replacement order. The food was left on the check… my date loved his food (hence the two stars) but I left hungry after watching him eat. Out of all of the times I’ve eaten out, I’ve never felt stupid after leaving a restaurant but I did this time. Please try to make your menu clearer 🙁

Very cute sushi restaurant and great atmosphere. The music was a little loud. The food was very presentable and looked fantastic! The food tasted better than most small sushi places I’ve visited. Most the staff was friendly. Great little spot to eat sushi and relax. Would visit again.

Excellent experience last night. Staff are friendly. The music, lighting, and all around vibe was on point. Melissa, our server, was amazing. She bantered, joked, and laughed with us.
