We’ve had Wrap City on our list to try for quite awhile. We finally stopped in today and it was so good! As soon as we entered we were greeted and it appeared the manager (?) was at the front training the employee at the register. The manager was great with our two young daughters and was so helpful with recommendations. Three of us have a dairy allergy and they were so accommodating and willing to substitute things for us. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. They also brought two cookies out for our girls which was so nice. The food was great, the bathrooms were clean, and it was just an overall wonderful experience. It’s so hard to find a restaurant with happy, friendly employees nowadays and Wrap City definitely delivered!

I went in and ordered my food and did not have to wait long to receive it. When I picked up the box I was surprised by the overall weight. I ordered the San Antonio wrap which was good but a little soggy when trying to eat it. It dropped liquid from either the sour cream or tomatos all over the place.

I usually have gone here and had no issues before but the last couple times I’ve come my order was not up to par at all. Missing ingredients and I asked to sub blue cheese for provolone which they did not. Thankfully my mold allergy is not as severe as my moms but they should really check their tickets. Missing sauce as well so the whole sandwich was dry

We got the bottom of the bag of their “famous” chips. Lots of small pieces and chip dust. I advise opening your takeout order before leaving. The wraps were ok but a little small, and there wasn’t much Jamaica in the jerk chicken. No place comfortable to wait for your food, bad store design. Probably won’t be back.

I’m updating my review. We went and ordered two wraps without tomato and the order was wrong. On top of the wrong order the chicken on my wife’s wrap was raw on one side. When we brought this up the staff said if it happens again to let them know. I asked for a refund and they said they could not and had to leave my contact info for the manager that wasn’t there. Serving raw food to customers is not considered apart of the servsafe certification requirement and is a danger to the customers. I’m hoping the manager sees this and corrects this.

There are plenty of different wraps to choose from and they are all named after a different city in the US. The wraps are very good! But what makes the meal is the homemade potato chips that comes with the wrap. They are amazing!

The place was pretty empty decor wise, but the food was Great!! Alot of menu options, so I know I’ll make a list of what I’ve ordered already, so I can try a different wrap next visit. Soft warm wrap, crispy right where its supposed to be, delicious chicken cooked right. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, Yum! Just the right amount of ranch dressing. And the chips are fantastic too. Absolutely will go here again. Bravo! Wrap City.
