This pizza hut is horrible. Customer service went out the window. Food is always a mess. I bought a melt and personal pizza. They were on the same box, when I spoke about separate boxes the man said your just going to eat them right, I said they are for 2 separate people. Terrible service. Everyone who works there is always in the cars in the parking lot having a field day. I will not return.

I ordered a chicken, bacon ranch wrap, which I had never had. I called the order line intending to order a pizza. The rep peeked my interest in the wraps and now I crave them all the time. The chicken was succulent and plentiful. The ranch seasoning on the crust is everything! The cheese and the blend of the sauce will make your eyes roll back in your head. I did my happy dance on first bite.!

I had food poisoning within 2 hours of eating. I called the next day to advise management, and I did not receive an apology. I didn’t expect one for the sickness, but at least have empathy. I was only told no one else had reported it. I won’t be back. That was $20 wasted.

Pizza was dry and separating, no garlic sauce, and I wasn’t able to redeem my points and was not compensated by customer service who I also spoke to. They only said sorry for the inconvenience!

The food at this location is hit and miss. The order is usually hot or warm still but the toppings aren’t evenly distributed leaving some slices with just sauce. The foul language used by the management and team members is unacceptable in front of customers, like I’m at a Richard Pryor show featuring Samuel L. Jackson. The drivers act as if they own every parking spot and will gladly take up 2 spots. I’ve had a few great experiences with a wonderful young lady who works at this location, no name tags so I can’t give proper credit to her but she wears full head covers. To bad the rest of the staff isn’t as professional as she is with the customers.
