This is the absolute worst dominoes that I have ever been to. I ordered a pizza,sandwich and a pasta. The food gets here and it’s cold and the pasta looks terrible, I call and speak to a manager and he tells me I will get it re delivered in 30 minutes only for it not not arrive two hours later. I called back 3 times only to be put on hold to speak to a manager for only an hour, eventually I had to drive to the store to get in contact with someone. I would highly recommend never eating at this dominos it lacks professionalism and any sort of standard

I ordered, the app said delivered. I checked wasn’t delivered. waited till 20 min later to call the store that it still wasn’t delivered. They said it will be there soon. A hour passed I called again they told me to hang on and then hung up on me after 30 min. I ordered this pizza at 6. It’s now 9 i expect a full refund. This night manager doesn’t know what they are doing

Ordered delivery 2 small GF pizza took a long time to delivery so they offered a free pizza. When I ordered the free pizza I decided to pick it up so it wouldn’t take so long. Well the pizza is way over cooked, VERY disappointing. Not even edible.

Ordering from this restaurant is like playing Russian Roulette. There’s a slight chance you might get your food, the way you ordered it, on time. But the most likely scenario is that hours will go by with no pizza-tracker updates, no updates from the store and no way to even get a hold of anyone working inside the store. There you’ll be, 90 minutes after you ordered a pizza wondering where the hell it is. Apparently, Louis has been diligently preparing my pizza for an hour and a half and it’s still somehow not ready for the oven. If they’re that short-staffed or that behind on orders, there needs to be a disclaimer on the site stating as such. I would never in a million years willingly order food from a place that was at a two hour wait. The problem is they’ll never tell you what the wait it. It’s 33-44 minutes according to pizza-tracker every time. Meanwhile, I’m sitting here 2-2 1/2 hours later with no pizza. And I would have loved to cancel my order after an hour and a half. When it became apparent that I wasn’t getting my food. But I couldn’t. Because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the store. I love Dominos pizza but I’m so done with these charades. I’ll just cook Jack’s pizzas at home from now on.

I got Dominos from the Maryland Heights location while at a friends house last night and i was blown away. It was absolutely amazing. So i made my family try Dominos from the Ofallon location tonight. It was like night and day. I dont know why, but the Ofallon Dominos is subpar, the crust is nowhere as good. Just dissapointed…….

I literally never write a review, ever. This was the absolute worst thing I have ever had. The “pizza” was extremely over cooked, had no sauce and air bubbles making it hollowed out in the middle. It was so over cooked I could not even tell if it had cheese on it. We had half/half on the pizzas and it was no where even close to half and half. I will NEVER eat dominos again because of this experience. ANY frozen pizza will be much better than one from here.

That’s it. The pizza is ice cold everytime. Excuses about not enough drivers.. That’s fine. But if we wait an hour or more should it really still be cold? I used the free pizza they awarded me only to hear my family complain. Nothing is cheap, it’s like $40 a pop. Dominoes is everywhere and should deliver to any/every home. Worked all day come home and felt like spoiling the family and ordered out. Unfortunately now i have to scramble to figure something else out thanks to domino’s dropping my pizza and basically telling me there is nothing they can do other then store credit. This is what they delivered me i asked them to take it back. Clearly they believe the 5 second rule . Domino’s location veterans memorial and hwy k. I tipped the driver as i felt this was a cooks error considering they knew what pizza specifically i was calling about and i gave no info yet. Would be 0 stars but i guess they get the participation trophy
