Billy Baroo’s is a restaurant in the clubhouse at Foster’s golf course. It’s easy to get to as it’s right off the highway and there is tons of parking in the lot outside. They have a lot of tables inside and even a few outside when the weather gets nice. Service here is great, quick and friendly. Prices are pretty good as well, alongside portion sizes which are also pretty good. The food here is not so great, brisket was dry and tough to chewy when it should melt in your mouth. The burger was also dry as it felt overcooked. Would come here for drinks after the round, but probably not the food.

My wife and I love a late lunch at golf courses in the summer and Billy Baroo’s was great. The patio was nice and shady and the views didn’t disappoint. This is a golf course grill, so expect grill food. It’s not a 5 star restaurant and some of the reviews in my opinion are too harsh. Yes, the food is not out of this world, but I didn’t expect it to be. I had the brisket sandwich, which was ok. I wouldn’t get it again. Lots of other things to try next time! Oh, their tots are nice and crispy, just the way we like them! The service was wonderful. The kitchen got my wife’s order wrong but fixed it right away. We’ll be back!

I had clam chowder, spinach artichoke dip, and sweet potato fries. Odd choice but that’s what I wanted and it all was delicious. Clam chowder very favorable and plenty of clams. The dip I ate up and the fries I thought were overly browned but turned out to be very good.

Service was excellent but food was dry and oversalted. Ordered the brussel sprouts, brisket, and mac & cheese. Not a single dish came out hot. Food tasted like it had been pre-made hours ago and left to sit somewhere in the back. At least the view of the golf course is nice. Place seems to be a decent bar but not anything else.

Service was great. My server was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Employees were friendly and seemed to be happy and having a good time. Food was solid but not great. Loaded potato is big, but not very “loaded”. Kids menu is good. Overall food was bland but service was good. Will return if I’m in the area

Great place to grab a bite after the round. Split the brisket and the pork street tacos with a friend. Both great. Brisket had a sweeter bbq taste, while the pork had a Carolina viegar. Large indoor and outdoor space. Definitely have something bbq.
