Big fish? Small as hell and so hard I couldnt even bite it. Been in a window for an hour prolly. 2 pounds of tartar and a soggy bun didnt even help soften that concrete slab sandwich. The whopper was cold and loaded with lettuce mayo and ketchup with a hint of a possible burger somewhere in the mix of slop. Tried 2 times in a month and the food is just garbage. Wouldnt give it to a homeless man. -5 stars

Got in the drive through at 4:15. Took about 10 minutes to order because the employee didn’t know the menu and kept saying they didn’t have what we were asking for (the $6 value bag). Got that resolved, pulled around, paid, and was told to pull up to wait for our food. Okay, that’s fine.

This Burger King has to be the worst in the country. I have gotten food poisoning from here and FOUR of my friends have as well. The employees clearly don’t care about customers or even their own jobs. And online platforms like Uber eats orders are ALWAYS and I mean always. Every single time late and missing items. This place really needs some management or the owners should close it down.

Went to drive thru at 9:45pm on 8/27/23.. guy said they are only doing mobile orders like DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. but when I check the apps, they are not available. Google page says business hours were confirmed 3 weeks ago and states open 24 hours. Someone needs to be fired.

All I can say is everything is so much better hot off the grill. The guy cashier was so great professional and also had a great personality. I love his sense of humor and his positive attitude yes we had a little wait but we were accommodated without even asking to be that’s a plus. The employees were the best part of ordering our meals. We had all of our condiments,straws, and ect. We were satisfied and yes we would order 2 for $6.99 wooper meals and oh the line wasn’t long at all another big plus.

When we ordered the girl sounded unhappy or bored. We were told there was only 5 items on the menu to chose from. We waited a long time to receive our food. The order was for 2 bacon burgers and 2 fries. We only received 1 fry and was told our order was already complete when we asked for the second fry To be added. When we got home the fries were cold. The burgers were still a bit raw. We were never given a receipt.

Location needs to update hours online. It says 24 hours but when I got there it was not open. Yesterday they cut off orders to include Uber orders while people waited in line at around 4 or 5 am, then It was about 4:50am this morning and I did see one employee sitting down eating food and had their kids in the store but couldn’t come and inform me of what was going on with store hours. If there is a staffing issue then post it for customers. I live across town so this was a waste of my gas not to mention the effect it has on the Uber drivers.

Had to walk inside to pick up meal ordered through app. No curbside. Went through drive thru after long line wait, I was asked to park sand come in. Service was kind. A tad slow. The app needs to be updated.

Pulled up to order my food. It’s 10:30a.m and I start to order on the breakfast menu. I order the number 7. The new double croissant sandwich meal. I’m told we are out of tater tots, Hershey pie, and that they will throw in some French toast. The menu shifts to lunch and the lady says okay you want the number 7. I said yes but on the breakfast menu. Here’s what I got in return. Orange juice, that’s correct, two single sausage croissant sandwiches only incorrect. I said I would also like the French toast. she states at the window there’s none. she states I’ll throw you in some fries. But you was happy to ring me up and take my money and smile like you did me a honorable service for my money. Great job burger king once again. You are operating at the best level there is possible.
