Kinda disappointed by the racist service here. Came here to treat my parents since they wanted to get brunch here. They were pretty busy as they always are. Waited 20 min for a table for 3. When I went to get in line for a table, all 3 hostesses were helping one person. They were not efficient in their work and long waiting lines were formed. What really shocked me was our server. She was an older lady and understandably slower then the rest. She took our order and brought us the food but each time she would come to check on us, she would only address my dad and wouldn’t care to even look at my mom and myself, probably thinking thay her tips will come from him. I had to ask someone else to find her so I can add more food to our order. Which she later forgot to bring or even put in on time. She never asked how the food was or if we need refills on our water but she would bring lemonade refills to my dad without even asking. That type of service was not appreciated. Food here is good as expected. Pancakes were not prepared right this time, but normally I get great pancakes here. They were kinda low on inventory in the shop too but I am sure they will get more stuff soon.

Such a pleasant place to have a nice dinner with family. The service was outstanding taking care of our every need. Never had a empty glass of water. The food was great and the portions for the price were outstanding. Definitely was filled up when leaving. Also, to work off some of that food, doing a little browsing in the store as we left was a lot of fun.

The people working here were wonderful! Someone even helped us avoid a toddler meltdown at the candy section when we were just trying to get to the restaurant. Only three stars today because the bathrooms were pretty gross (the restaurant had just opened for the day) and they don’t have omelets on the menu. Not my favorite cracker barrel experience, but we did get fed.

There was a wait when we got there but they put us right in with our toddler asking when are we eating lol. I appreciated that very much a left our server a nice tip. The food was good needed more seasoning and the steak hash with eggs was missing some of the toppings. I know they were backed up so I’ll try again at a less busy time to compare and see if this makes a difference. The kid portions were a good size as well. The cornbread muffins were salty and the biscuits needed a little of it.

I can’t say enough good about the service and the food. Food was great however the service was fantastic. The hostess was very friendly and nice. The waitress didn’t miss a beat and made sure we where well taken care of. The lady that checked us out was very pleasant and quick. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.
