Need an Adult at this location to ensure proper representation/customer service. The individual assumed to be the Supervisor was more interested in what was on the house TV rather than focusing on the business at hand. Waited almost ten minutes at the counter to be acknowledged during this visit. Fix it, or shut it down if fundamental customer service cannot be provided.

Walked in empty restaurant other than 5 employees, sat at counter for 5 minutes . I’m guessing they were all too busy to say hi or take my order . Save your time go to a different location. Shame my family and I love skyline ,but that location will never see a cent of my money again. I eat lunch at skyline at least twice a week and have never seen such rude people as in this location.

There was this drive through worker named Ameelia and she was the best. She made me want to come back and gave my daughter her green tiara when she didnt have any green on. Nicest drive thru worker iv ever had. the service was fast. Would definitely come back!

The chili had a very unexpected but wonderful taste. The classic 3 way meal is piled high with cheese and noodles, you definitely are getting every ounce of what you pay for. Currently, “Skyline Chili” is my favorite place to go in Cincy for all of my chili desires

Just to start the gentleman who took my order was great! Driveway was pretty quick. But the food wasn’t as expected. I didn’t even drive a mile away, I ended pulling over in the Kroger parking lot to eat. But the first chilito I bit into was cold somehow. Not like normal at all but I was starving so I continued . Then I bit into something that I thought I chipped a tooth from the sound. Something very hard in my normally soft item. With a little digging it was the hardest stalest piece of shredded cheese I’ve ever seen. So I gave up on that chilito, and went into the next one hoping it was somewhat better. Well at least it didn’t have anything rock like in it. But it was also like warm at best. Not impressed and finally found a skyline location I won’t be back to.

We are from out of town and do not have a Skyline Chili in NC so we eat here when we’re in town.. The food is great but the last two times we’ve eaten there we’ve had the same waitress and she has treated us very poorly both times.. ☹️

This place was hyped up too much by the online reviews and my friends. Turns out chili over spaghetti tastes about like it sounds. Like chili over spaghetti. My five way didn’t have enough onions on it, but it did have about 5 inches of cheese (see pic). Im assuming 5 inches of cheese is about a bag. How does this place stay open with the cheese expenditures? Complimentary oyster crackers with every meal! Would eat again.
