Welcome to Salinas: imagine greeting someone from overseas on this standard? It wasn’t even busy for the mess on the floor and on the seats. The bathroom was a horror show! Walk inn and be greeted to gang symbols and door carvings. Just couldn’t enjoy my meal, felt uneasy with the surroundings and the mess.

This Mountain Mike’s location has great custom services every time I go there. Recently they saved the day. I had to quickly relocate my son’s birthday party because of the rainy weather. Every place I called was booked including this location. The manager however, was nice enough to let me have the gathering at their location. I didn’t have the party room but he allowed me to reserve 40 seats in the man dining area. We were their for 3 hours without a problem. They had games to keep the children entertained and the pizza is great too.

I called at 9 PM to make a phone order the gentleman called me at 9:27 .I let him know that I was pulling into the parking lot knowing that they did close at 9:30 I then got to the door at 9:29 and the doors were already locked I banged on the door then they open the door 932 stating that I cannot have my pizza because their store is closed they refused to give me my pizza even though I offered to give them cash rather than running it through the card I just wanted the pizza they treated very poorly I let them know that they already made the pizza why don’t they sell it instead of throwing it away. The gentleman who was telling me this said they didn’t even make the pizza. I don’t know why he even said that’s when they called me stating that the pizza is ready. he still would not let me have the pizza I’m giving you guys a one star in your lucky for that.

So I went to the one on main St first it was only 7:30 pm I arrived really wanting a salad and of course pizza and wings I asked the lady for the salad bar she says they closed it for the night so then I asked her what time does the place close she said at 10:00 p.m. and I said you guys are allowed to close the salad bar that early so I ended up leaving to the one on Constitution I called verifying that they had best salad bar and it was open and I pre-ordered my food so when I arrive it’s already ready then me and my family eat there when I got there the guy tells me he had to take the salad bar off of my bill I got mad because I came all the way over from the north side specifically for that and I had called to verify I asked since they’re salad bar was still up I can’t at least get one trip and he told me no so after we had sat down about 15 minutes into eating I look up and one of the employees are making a salad plate I was so mad on top of that every single game wasn’t working so my son couldn’t play and even though they don’t close until 10:00 they kick everybody out at 8:30 p.m. so I was not too happy at all and especially for the price not good.

Mountain Mike’s Pizza in Salinas Constitution Area is the favorite place for our family and community hangout. We’ve had countless experiences dealing with them over in store dining, private area for Birthday Party and also home delivery, they get 10/10 for their customer service and food quality. We’ve never had a reason to question about quality of food served. Their team always greets you with cheerful smile and even in the back kitchen area the team is observed working with a smile on their face. Mountain Mike’s used to have the best pizza. I just ordered medium combination. Cost 38.00 was the worst pizza ever no sauce on a paper thin crust. Never again ever. Waste of money do go here.

We got our 3 pizza’s at different times and the kids was the last one. And it took along time. And pizza was Luke warm. They seem to worry more about their take-out orders then the dining in crowd. Real sad, it use to be good here before….
