I stopped by for a single pizza slice tonight. The owner took my order and I waited patiently in my car. He surprised me with a full pizza pie instead of my lonely slice. It was so kind of him, as he only charged me for one slice. He made my evening with his kindness and the delicious pizza. It was so good, I ate 3 slices!

This is the best pizza in San Antonio. True artisan pie prepared by an expert, not some teenager. Only place I will get pizza now. Would give 10 stars if able.

So disappointed in the Pizzas. The crust was so thin, which I didn’t expect from a wood fire pizza. The pizza was so soggy, and the cheese was a bit stange. The toppings were good as was the quantity of them. I just wish they had been a bit smaller and a nice crispy crust. Will not go there again.

I REALLY wanted to like this place, but it was severely disappointing. I knew the prices going in, but maybe I had too high of hopes too. The margharita pizza did not have fresh basil as advertised, they seriously threw dried herbs on after cooking…what authentic place does that?! Also, the tomatoes were cut uneven and mostly too thick. The dough was not cooked through, midway through it was still raw. I expect better of a $25 pizza. Then I got one pepperoni slice just to try their “American” side and wow…there was cheese on less than half the slice and the pepperoni was store bought and thrown on as an afterthought, not cooked (at all). See the pictures where I show how easily it’s just plucked off. Again, I wanted to visit this place endlessly instead of driving 30+ minutes to Dough, but nope, NEVER again.

Amazing pizza. Wife says it is one of the best she has ever had. I am originally from south Jersey and grew up eating good pizza. This place definitely ranks up there. I went with my son and ordered the pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni and capers and it was delicious. Highly recommended. Best pizza i have had in San Antonio.

Unfortunately, Fiamma Pizzeria burned down on Friday, August 11. He had the amazing food. Hope he comes back.

Great authentic wood oven pizza. All natural ingredients. Not as salty as normal big chain pizza. Will definitely return for delicious fresh pizza.

First time I’ve ordered from here. They are a little on the expensive side but the flavor was pretty good. If they’re prices were more reasonable I’d make it my “go to” for pizza.

The pizza was delicious! The crust was toasted and perfectly crunchy, and the arugula and prosciutto was fresh. Will definitely be back.
