Pizzas weren’t ready in time when I arrived for pickup & had to wait a bit, but thought I’d at least have 3 fresh, hot pizzas. Instead all 3 were lousy. It was almost like they had been sitting around for awhile, were dry, & there were issues with most toppings. Not sure what happened, but these were the worst Pizzas we’ve had in years, & have had far better from this location in the past.

Absolute terrible staff there is only one good employee. when I called in my order he had me repeat my address 12 times literally and I speak really good English. I now have a migraine I’ve never experienced such A complete And utter lack of communication on the telephone. My headache is telling me I’m never ordering there again. Cody you need a different job. Saying your new doesn’t mean you have never spoken on the phone. That’s no excuse. Also look at pic, barely any sauce or cheese. Undercooked all around ♂️. Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to tbh.

Wow they sent me TWO pizzas both burnt!! This is only the second time I order from them and what a shame the manager could not take care of me properly. First pizza burnt that I paid for plus tip, the sent a free one and that one is burnt as well. The manager refused to send me another pizza even though I had both pizzas ready for them to see and take back if they wanted. I don’t appreciate being sent bad food that I paid for and then being treated poorly. Customer service should be the most important!!

Since I’m from New York I figured I would get the New Yorker Pizza. The slices were pretty big, not quite as big as New York slices, though. There wasn’t enough sauce on them. But overall they were pretty good

The girls here tonight (Angie and Riley) were SO nice! Very accommodating. I asked for more cheese on our pizza and they had no problem adding more and putting it back into the oven. They even offered to make me a brand new pizza, which wasn’t needed but the fact that they offered was over the top. Thank you girls, sorry I was such a pain.

I’ve been ordering from this pizza hut for more years than I can count. The workers here have always been friendly and have always made great food! Even though I don’t order much pizza anymore, this is my go to place that is near me and very convenient and friendly . I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut location.

Give us our next pizza complimentary. This is twice out of the last 4 or 5 times that our order has been wrong. We ordered hand tossed and this looks like thin crust. If it were hand tossed, it is a joke. There appears to be no marinara sauce at all. As excellent as our last pizza was, this is the absolute worst we have ever had. It definitely is not worth $16.50. How anyone let this one out the door is beyond us!!
