I order by phone because I’m on a lunch break, it’s nice and convenient EXCEPT you can’t order vinegarette online, so u have to get your food then wait until u can slide in on the side to ask. Today my chicken bowl barely has any chicken in it. I guess I’ll save it for later and add more meat at home.

I order chipotle from this location because it’s closest to where I live and almost every time, the order is either totally wrong or not made properly. Most of the time when I order a bowl, it looks like they put 1/4 scoop of whatever I got in the bowl and the container is not even half full, without exaggeration. You also can’t call the store if you get home and something’s wrong…they make you go through the automated customer service on the app. I’ll be going to a different location from now on even if I have to drive further.

I love chipotle. I eat it multiple times a week and this location the staff is very nice a bit slow at time but other than that the food is very consistent. I went with the chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, spicy salsa, medium spicy salsa, corn and cheese. I love this combination however beware if you don’t eat spicy because my combination is spicy

Usually leave this location with good portion sizes but today was disappointing. This location seems to lack consistency. I received what looked like half a scoop of rice and chicken but then a full scoop of corn… the picture is the result. I usually leave with the food almost to the top of the bowl. Very disappointed. I will think twice about coming back to this location.
